Spectrum of the dwarf nova V392 Per, taken on 2018 May 1th 20 UT (JD=2458240.333) with FLECHAS at the University Observatory Jena.
The spectrum is the average of 3 spectra, each with an integration time of 600s, taken in the 2x2 bin-mode.
Spectral range: 4200 - 8000Å; Resolving power R: ~7400; RMS of wavelength calibration: 41.8mÅ.

The most prominent emission features in the spectrum are the broadened lines of Hydrogen (H_alpha, H_beta, and H_gamma).
In addition also strong absorption lines are detected e.g. those of the interstellar NaI-doublet (5890Å & 5896Å) or of the diffuse interstellar bands at 5780Å, 5797Å, and 6614Å.
The halfwidth of the H_alpha emission line was determined to be 4600+-250km/s.
Simultaneously with the spectroscopy, images of V392 Per were taken with the CTK-II in the B- (5x10s), V- (10x5s), and R-band (9x5s). The photometric analysis yields:
B=8.61+-0.05mag, V=7.83+-0.05mag, and R=6.75+-0.05mag. The star BD+47 1026, served as photometric reference star.
